Imagine taking a horseback ride and breathing in the fresh Colorado air. Think how nice it will feel slipping your toes into the banks of a mountain river or gliding down the slopes on your way to the lodge.
This is the experience you will have as part of our Healthful Life Retreats. These adventures are our overnight getaways from the hustle and bustle of life to focus on our wellness. Each of our retreats are themed, experience-driven learning adventures in a small group setting.
Our Healthful Life Retreats aim to foster:

Each retreat varies in length and theme. Some retreats feature a half-day workshop of health and wellness education with the second-half of the day spent enjoying movement and activity.
Other retreats are more immersive, three- to five-day overnight retreats focused on various health-related topics. In-between time is spent enjoying the beauty of Colorado with different outdoor adventures, such as hiking, biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, yoga, tai chi, massages, meditations, skiing, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, horseback riding, and so much more!
